Psychologist and Trainer
Cristina is a psychologist and trainer at IFIS, where she works directly with women in vulnerable situations, facilitating real processes of support, assessment, and personal development. She holds a Master’s degree in Judicial Psychology and has solid practical experience working with survivors of domestic violence and with refugee populations.
Her collaboration with IFIS began, as she puts it, “by chance, but providentially.” She was recommended to the team and went through an on-site interview—directly engaging with beneficiaries. Since then, she has been part of what she warmly calls the “Dreams Team.”
In her professional activity, Cristina is involved in crisis counseling, psychological evaluations, awareness sessions, support groups, and hands-on workshops. She is also a trainer in the course “Psychological Assistance for Victims of Domestic Violence”, which she delivers with both passion and precision.
Cristina’s work is guided by core values such as collaboration, honesty, professionalism, and ethics. She feels truly inspired when she manages to become that “safe space” where women can release their burdens and find understanding, acceptance, and validation.
Cristina is a highly creative person, with a deep love for children’s stories and a constant desire to work with her hands—sewing, gluing, cutting, decorating—all of which bring warmth and authenticity to everything she does.
