Couple and Family Psychotherapist, Trainer
Natalia is a couple and family psychotherapist and trainer at IFIS, with solid experience in both direct intervention and the organization of professional initiatives. She holds a bachelor's, master's, and doctoral degree in psychology and is trained in systemic couple and family psychotherapy. Currently, she coordinates a social project, is a trainer in the course “Psychological Assistance for Victims of Violence”, and plays an active role in organizing the 4th edition of the IFIS Conference.
Her collaboration with IFIS began with her involvement in support projects for survivors of domestic violence and parenting workshops—contexts that allowed her to fulfill her desire to help create real resources for families in difficulty. Since then, her activity has grown organically, and she has become a key member of the team in training, counseling, and professional event coordination.
Natalia is dedicated to couple and family therapy, with a particular interest in relationship dynamics, transgenerational patterns, and the prevention of domestic violence. She is actively involved in training other professionals and in creating safe, meaningful spaces for learning and professional exchange.
She strongly believes that every person and every family holds within themselves the resources needed for healing—and that the therapist’s role is to create a context where these inner strengths can be activated and made visible. She is inspired by human resilience and by the small, meaningful changes that can transform lives.
One interesting aspect of her personality is her dynamic nature: she enjoys juggling multiple roles and activities while maintaining curiosity and vibrant energy, regardless of the context.
