She holds a degree in Political Science from the Faculty of International Relations, Political and Administrative Sciences at the State University of Moldova, and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in European Studies.
Her collaboration with IFIS stems from a deep desire to be part of projects with real impact in the community. She was drawn by the organization’s democratic values, its focus on education, and the opportunity to work alongside dedicated professionals from whom she can learn and grow.
With a strong interest in public policy, international cooperation, and youth engagement in democratic processes, Mădălina is actively involved in IFIS projects that promote human rights and foster the development of an inclusive society. Her role includes research, organizing project activities, and communication support.
She is guided by the principle that “information is the key to empowerment,” and firmly believes that even small actions can lead to meaningful change. She finds inspiration in people’s drive to learn, grow, and build a better future—seeing each interaction as an opportunity to support the community.
A defining trait of hers is active civic engagement: she enjoys participating in forums, conferences, and social events, which give her the chance to exchange ideas, meet new people, and discover concrete ways to contribute to positive change.
